Process of installation and construction: 1. In waterproof and dampproof treatment, it uses anticorrosion and waterproof paper cloth, PVC, PE or mortar. Plastic waterproof paper cloth should be adhered tightly if folded and extended to 10cm high of the wall. 2. Distribute warm water in every room and fix the valve sleeve levelly 30cm above the floor. B. Install the water supply valve at the front and the backwater valve behind. C. It is better to install thermometer. D. Install the air valve. 5. Distribution of curved line: A. Bend Kexing PEX pipe to the expected angle by hands instead of heating it. B. When bend the pipes, the distance between both hands is at least beyond what it is and the diameter is longer than the minimum bending one. C. Make the pipe whose width is less than the minimum diameter in dumbbell shape. 6. Fixing: A. Fix the geothermal heating pipe on the basic mortar floor with nails (not iron clips). Set the space of the fixed bracket less than 1cm and use 2 or over 3 brackets at the 90° And 180° Parts. B. Set clip rods evenly on the mortar board to distribute pipelines. 7. To assure of even heat accumulation and temperature among pipelines, the gravel and mortar shall be mixed in proportion of 1: 2 and dried naturally in humid condition to be maintained completely.
